1. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us via email or phone to request cancellation.
2. Production Stage: If your order has already entered the production stage, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, we will notify you and provide options for modification or completion of the order.
Refund Policy:
1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for cancelled orders or defective products. Please see below for details on defective products.
2. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation or return of defective products.
3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
Defective Products:
1. Defective Product Return: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
3. Replacement or Refund: We will replace the defective product or issue a refund, as preferred by you.
Exceptions:
1. Custom Orders: Custom orders, including personalized embroidery, may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
2. Sale Items: Sale items or discounted products may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
