Here are the practical answers about pricing, artwork, garments, timing, pickup, shipping and business embroidery.
How is custom embroidery priced?
Pricing depends on the garment, quantity, embroidery size, stitch complexity, number of placements and personalization. Submit the project details for a quote.
Do you have a minimum order?
We review requests of different sizes, including personalized pieces and larger business orders. Send the quantity so we can confirm the project fit and pricing.
Can I bring or ship my own garment?
Customer-provided garments can be considered. The item must be reviewed for material, construction and embroidery suitability before the order is finalized.
What artwork files should I send?
Send the best file you have. Vector artwork or a clean PDF is helpful for logos, while high-resolution images can also be reviewed. We may recommend simplifying very fine details for thread.
Can you reproduce any design I find online?
No. You should only submit artwork you own or have permission to use. Online images can be used as general inspiration for an original direction, but copyrighted or trademarked designs are not automatically available for reproduction.
How long does an embroidery order take?
Timing depends on garment availability, order quantity, artwork preparation and stitch complexity. We confirm the expected timeline before the order is finalized.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. The custom-order form includes local pickup as an option for Lake Stevens-area orders. We confirm the pickup details when reviewing the project.
Can you ship completed orders?
Yes. Shipping is an option on the custom-order form. Final shipping details are confirmed with the order.
Can you embroider a business logo?
Yes. Use the business quote form or logo embroidery page to send your logo, garment types, sizes, quantities and placement needs.
Can I add different names to a group order?
Yes. Individual names, roles or other personalization can be included when you provide the full list and placement instructions.
Is submitting a form the same as placing a paid order?
No. The form starts the request. The project is not final until the scope, pricing and other order details are confirmed.
